SLOW COOKER RITZ CHICKEN

Slow Cooker Ritz Chicken is a family-dinner must. If you are in a time crunch or on a budget, this recipe is for you. It takes less than 5 minutes to throw together and everyone will think you spent hours working on this delicious chicken recipe.


This recipe is as easy as placing some uncooked chicken in your slow cooker, spread a simple sauce over top, and sprinkling on a Ritz cracker crumb mixture and letting your slow cooker do the work for you.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine the soup and sour cream in a bowl and set aside.
  2. In another bowl mix together crackers crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Place chicken in slow cooker that has been sprayed lightly with non stick cooking spray.
  4. Spoon the soup mixture over the chicken and sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.
