INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Prëhëàt Aïr Fryër tò 400 dëgrëës F.

2. Plàcë flòûr ànd sàlt ïntò à gàllòn-sïzëd zïp-tòp bàg. Add chïckën wïngs ànd shàkë tò còàt.

3. Rëmòvë chïckën wïngs fròm bàg ànd plàcë ïn sïnglë làyër ïntò bàskët òf Aïr Fryër. Lïghtly sprày wïth òlïvë òïl.

4. Còòl 10 mïnûtës thën tûrn chïckën wïngs òvër. Sprày òthër sïdë lïghtly wïth òlïvë òïl. Còòk àn àddïtïònàl 10 mïnûtës. Fòr àddïtïònàl crïspnëss, tûrn wïngs àgàïn ànd còòk ànòthër 3-4 mïnûtës.

5. Whïlë chïckën ïs còòkïng, màkë bûffàlò sàûcë by whïskïng tògëthër mëltëd bûttër ànd hòt sàûcë ïn à làrgë bòwl.
